Order Processing (Handling Time)

Orders are processed and packaged within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. If that happens, we’ll notify you by email.


Shipping Rates, Methods & Estimated Delivery

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Available services and estimated transit times will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Please note: delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier accepts the package.


Local Same-Day Delivery (Within 20 Miles)

We offer same-day local delivery within 20 miles of our store.

  • Orders placed during business hours are typically delivered the same day.

  • Orders placed after hours, or orders that require additional processing, will be delivered the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a text or email with an estimated delivery window once your delivery is scheduled.

Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, lack of access (gated entry, etc.), or no safe drop-off location, re-delivery may be subject to an additional fee.


Delays, Carrier Issues & Responsibility

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside of our control. For the most accurate updates, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If your package is marked Delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your property and with household members/neighbors, and

  2. Contact the carrier to open a delivery inquiry.

If you need help, contact us and we’ll assist with documentation where possible.
