Refund policy
1) Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of the following items:

Sex toys, intimate devices, plugs, insertables, vibrators, strokers, sleeves, pumps, etc.

Condoms, lubricants, topical gels/creams, intimate wellness products

Any “sealed for hygiene” product once opened, unsealed, or tampered with

Underwear / intimate garments
-
Clearance, sale items, mystery boxes, bundles (unless defective on arrival)

Gift cards / digital products
-
Custom / made-to-order / personalized items
-
Any item that shows signs of use, wear, odors (smoke/perfume), washing, stains, bodily contact, or handling beyond inspection
This policy exists to protect customer health and prevent re-circulation of intimate goods.
2) Eligible Returns (If Approved)
Only the following may be eligible with prior written approval:
A) BDSM Furniture (Frames, Benches, Large Equipment)

Return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

Item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging with all hardware/accessories

Customer pays return shipping (furniture shipping is non-refundable)

A restocking fee of 35% applies to all approved furniture returns

Items must pass inspection upon arrival; if not, the return will be denied and item shipped back at customer’s expense
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
If confirmed, we will provide (at our discretion):

A replacement (same item, if available), or
-
A refund, or
-
Store credit
4) Cancellations
Because we process quickly, cancellations are only possible if:

You contact us within 2 hours of placing the order and
-
The order has not been fulfilled/shipped
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
5) Return Authorization Required
Do not send items back without authorization. Unapproved returns may be refused or returned to sender at your expense.

6) Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit (our choice), after inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
7) Refused Packages / Incorrect Address

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we may deduct shipping/handling and any carrier fees from any approved refund/store credit.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address entry.
